Pause Request Form

Before you submit your Pause Request, please carefully read the following instructions: 

1. If you are unable to keep up with the call volume or you are experiencing other performance-related issues, please do not pause your account. Please contact your Account Manager or ARM Support immediately so that we can troubleshoot your account and work through any issues that might be affecting your ROI.

2. Please be aware that pausing your account can have a lasting negative impact on your account performance. If possible, we recommend turning down your budget to $1/day rather than pausing your campaigns completely.

Turning down your budget to $1/day will restrict your campaigns, similar to pausing your account, but your campaigns will still be active. Because your budget is set to $1/day, if you get any clicks or calls, you will literally be paying pennies. This will protect your account from any long-term damage when you’re ready to resume your normal schedule. 

3. However, if you must pause your campaigns, we strongly recommend minimizing the pause period to no more than 48 hours.

4. Extended Pauses. We fully understand there may be times when clients need to pause their account for various reasons, and we will be happy to assist as needed. However, if an account needs to be frozen for more than (14) days, we will charge a ($250) fee. This fee is for Territory Exclusivity and Account Management. Territories are assets for ARM. Since we only work with one client per territory, this fee is required to ensure your account remains active and you retain your Territory’s Exclusivity. This fee will take the place of your normal invoice, we will bill ($250) each invoice period until your campaigns are resumed.
